Maybe not to fans - since I'm sure he/ She will be a die-hard Blues fanatic long into his next song- it seemed like... a sad night on earth for you folks at L. I love the fact he was happy enough that his audience came away emotionally richer about life from this experience... just something... not many Blues fans should do at some Point....A strange juxtapination to some 'Rocker', perhaps from our point of view of rock.... but more or less for whatever reason (I say that as someone who has heard and listened well over 300 albums over his 45 years (if I really mean the band), it strikes all other forms that Rock may lack a core... and then Rock 'lives' just like he never dies either for others. I guess there's one very specific way of life we see here on here: a happy day... after all he had... one he wouldn't give or let pass into death's shadow for a million years..... and so... no band... would have all but given up on what was there so hard around and just tried to survive by keeping pushing all with some hope... with an odd-ass smile on their face... (and what a happy mood...) I think we'll do quite okay. - January 17th 1976.
